Also, you are replacing your ever increasing bills with one bill that remains constant and is generally half of what you were paying before. You may find that with geothermal that you are just breaking even on the bills, but with the way energy rates increase annually, most likely that will not be the case.

For home owners a geothermal addition to your house can only increase the value of you home, and if you are selling, it will definitely be a feature that will set your home apart from the rest.
